We are using self-insured mechanism.
You pay and buy the insurance for your package. The party who insure you is us , Googy Marketing Inc. (NOT from the Post, in fact, our post office do not offer such service) In case of mail lost, you can inform us 4 weeks after our delivery. That we can start the claim. We are the contact point who provide you insurance service.
All our outgoing packages are backed and re-insured by our business insurance policy. They charge us a certain percentage of all our outgoing package sales and review every year based on overall claim rate. Therefore you can understand why we are unable to serve some countries. And also we have to send by registered mail to some countries as well. Those are particularly designated to deal with some buyers who always claim lost mail after receiving items.
